The Match Options training allows you to enter the regulated care sector with no previous experience. We ask you to spend a day even before becoming a franchisee within one of our company owned offices. We want to ensure that you fully understand the environment and have a clear picture of the business that you are considering owning. During this phase you may feel that the franchise isn’t for you. This is perfectly OK – we would rather have you make this decision early than after you have started to run the business.
Once you have become a franchisee, you spend an initial week at our Head Office getting to know the operational elements of the business from healthcare regulations through to IT systems and payroll. We then come and spend time in your branch once the systems have been installed, again helping you to set up the operation and we begin to recruit your temporary workforce and candidates who are looking for a permanent job. Finally we focus on local business development in order to gain your first clients.
